The services of the website are available only to persons who are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are incompetent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including un-discharged solvents, minors etc are not eligible for the services provided by this website and hence shall not register as a user or transact on this website.

Use and Conduct

We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defence of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

Nature and Type of Content

Cliklawyer provides an online platform for legal solutions. In this website, you are required to avail the services as an individual or as a business. After creating a login, you are required to select the legal issue that you are facing and fill in the requisite details regarding your case. Once you do that, your query posted on the website is reviewed. In response to your query, an Attorney member of our team shall contact you in the earliest. Following your communication with the attorney, if you choose to accept the legal solutions being suggested to you, an appropriate fee is to be paid upfront, thereby creating an attorney-client relationship. Our services can be availed only after you have made the said payment.

We shall proceed with your case, once the payment details submitted by you are verified by the Bank. If you are dissatisfied by the answer to your query, you are free to reject the suggestion, and you will not be charged any fee for the same. The attorney fee is solely paid in order to compensate the Attorney Member for his dedication and time spent towards providing you with his services.


While availing any of the payment method(s) available on the Website, Cliklawyer will not assume liability for any loss caused to users due to payment issues arising out of the transactions.

The payment for all services available on the Website shall be made mandatorily in Indian National Rupees which are acceptable in the Republic of India. The Website will not facilitate transactions in other forms of currency with respect to the services availed on the Website.

Before providing with the services requested for the service provider or lawyer may ask you to provide supporting documents in order to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online transaction environment to users.


We are committed to protect your privacy. We have created a privacy policy that offers a detailed explanation of storage and use of your private information. This User Agreement includes the Privacy Policy in its scope.

Termination of Use

Governing Law

You hereby agree that the statutes and laws of New Delhi, India regardless of conflicts with other laws and conventions will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website.

You acknowledge that any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the courts located in New Delhi, India. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation of service is not possible once the payment is made. Refunds will not be given unless there is non-performance of service or cancellation by Cliklawyer.

Entire Agreement

This agreement is the entire agreement of the parties in the subject matter. The only enforceable liabilities and obligations of the parties in relation to the subject matter are those that arise out of this agreement and its provisions.


Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Access or Justice Institute, and the and the award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on the parties. The parties agree that the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted by way of submission of written pleadings, documents and submissions made by the parties without any oral hearing. The parties agree that the written pleadings will be submitted to the arbitrator appointed by the said Institute who will resolve the dispute and differences hereunder by fast track procedure. The arbitrator shall take a decision in a time bound manner after considering only such written arguments. The decision or award so given by the Arbitrator shall be binding on the parties hereto. In case, one of the parties does not take part in the arbitration proceedings and/or obstruct the arbitration proceedings, the Arbitrator shall pass ex parte order which would be enforceable on both the parties.
